Ryan Renard

About Us

Ryan Renard grew up in Little Rock and Central Arkansas and earned a degree in Architecture from the University of Arkansas. He was part of the first graduating class to complete minors in Sustainability and Real Estate Finance, taking advantage of a flexible program designed for architecture-adjacent careers. Ryan began his career with a professor’s firm providing consulting to architecture and engineering companies, then returned to Little Rock to be closer to family after his first son was born. He worked for a custom home builder until May 2023, when he founded Green Haven Design & Build. GHDB reflects his passion for transforming old growth into new possibilities, creating efficient, healthy, and comfortable homes, and helping clients build their own personal havens.
